Following years of carpentry experience working alongside some of KW’s largest stair companies and suppliers, Spiros branched out and started his own railing and stair renovation company in 2015. Formerly known as NST Railings and Stairs, we recently went through a rebrand, modernizing our appearance to better coincide with the future of our business. The name Iron and Oak just seemed so fitting as iron spindles and oak railings have been hands-down our most popular combo since day one!

Ever heard the expression "jack of all trades, master of none"? We tend to see this often in the trades world and this is why we have chosen to serve a very niche market. Railings and stairs are a skilled trade that requires training and experience and we take pride in mastering our craft.

QUALITY

Our railings and stairs are custom made for your project out of solid hardwood (oak, maple, hickory, cherry, walnut - there are many options to choose from!) Stairs and railings are much more than a design component in your home; they're a safety feature. We have the knowledge and training required to meet the specific code requirements as well as best practices and techniques to ensure solid and secure installation.

As a small business, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We collect a deposit when starting a project, and the balance is paid when you are satisfied with the work completed.
